This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute outbound lead generation by identifying suitable customer profiles, qualifying them, and preparing them for meetings with the Closer;
• Regularly update and maintain the CRM to ensure all information is precise and comprehensive;
• Create thorough, current reports detailing the status of business opportunities;
• Work in partnership with the Closer to achieve optimal conversion of leads into customers;
• Exhibit proactivity and teamwork, contributing to shared success;
• Communicate effectively and assertively, both within the organization and with external parties;
• Show flexibility and a willingness to adapt and enhance lead approaches, consistently striving to maximize conversions;
• Employ creativity and enthusiasm to develop the most effective strategies for attracting and converting leads;
• Support the team's growth and development, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning;
• At least 3 years of experience as an SDR, ideally with a focus on outbound lead generation;
• Proven track record in identifying and qualifying leads, with a solid grasp of the sales cycle;
• Familiarity with CRM tools and the capability to keep records accurate and up-to-date;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Demonstrated proactivity, adaptability, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
