This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities, establishing connections with companies in diverse sectors.
• Engage in proactive prospecting through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Arrange online meetings with key decision-makers, presenting our Recruitment & Selection solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to create new opportunities and referrals.
• Keep the CRM system updated and maintain an active pipeline to ensure efficient processes and outcomes.
• A communicative, persuasive, and proactive individual, genuinely motivated to achieve results.
• Prior experience in B2B sales (services, consulting, marketing, or related fields).
• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, and other social media platforms for prospecting.
• Capable of conducting conversations with clarity and confidence.
• Organized in managing client portfolios, follow-ups, and performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
• A valid CNPJ (company registration) is required for contracting.
