This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of inbound speed-to-lead: respond promptly, assess inbound interest, and arrange high-quality meetings.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting weekly, irrespective of inbound volume. Provide an exceptional buyer experience through effective communication, storytelling, and discovery-focused discussions.
• Investigate accounts and personas to customize messaging that resonates within your region and language market.
• Collaborate with your Drive Team to synchronize on territory strategy, targeted accounts, and follow-up plans.
• Propel pipeline that transitions into qualified pipeline, verified by the Sales Representative and shifted into active working pipeline.
• Ensure precise activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and engagement tools.
• Persistently enhance outreach and qualification through coaching, iteration, and market insights.
• Background in sales development, lead qualification, prospecting, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Capacity to work autonomously while remaining aligned with team objectives.
• Strong follow-through, communication skills, and process discipline.
• Must possess fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
