This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Promptly follow up on inbound leads through phone, text, and various channels
• Evaluate potential clients and collect initial information
• Schedule appointments for lawyers and other team members
• Participate in client meetings alongside lawyers
• Aid in the preparation of relevant initial emails and contracts
• Keep accurate records of lead status and communication history
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs for outreach activities and conversions
• Ensure availability during scheduled hours, including rotating weekend shifts
• Support basic administrative and legal assistant tasks during slower periods
• Exceptional spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent
• Natural phone demeanor — confident, warm, and persuasive
• Sales-driven mindset with an eagerness to promote and close deals
• Highly organized and able to follow up consistently
• Dependable, available during scheduled hours including rotating weekends
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in a sales, SDR, or customer intake role (preferred)
• Familiarity with legal services, personal injury, or professional services environments (preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM tools or practice management software (e.g., ActionStep, NetDocuments, or similar) (preferred)
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation — a valuable asset for future growth within the firm (preferred)
