• Conduct prospecting and list building: identify Series A+ startups in LatAm and the US that have open tech roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and internal tools to map out decision-makers and genuine opportunities.
• Recognize buying signals: recent funding, expansion efforts, and new roles.
• Personalized outreach: execute messaging campaigns (LinkedIn, email) using pre-defined but company-specific templates.
• Your focus is to elicit responses and initiate conversations, rather than sending a high volume of irrelevant messages.
• Tool management: keep the pipeline updated (using Sheets or internal CRM).
• Track the status of each lead, follow-up dates, and next steps.
• Qualification and movement: when a lead responds or shows interest, your task is to quickly qualify it and pass it to the founders when there is a genuine meeting opportunity.
• Weekly reporting: provide clear metrics on outreach activities, response rates, initiated conversations, and scheduled meetings.
• Experience in SDR, B2B sales, or outreach efforts.
• Ability to start conversations and generate responses effectively.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn: searching, researching decision-makers, and messaging.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, productivity tools, and basic CRM systems.
• Autonomy: you can take a brief and execute without needing to validate every step.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills (reading and writing).
• Exposure to tech startups at various stages (from pre-seed to scale-up) in Latam and the US.
• Contractor arrangement, with payment in USD.
• Part-time commitment: 6 hours per day.
• Remote work from Argentina.
