• Conduct research and create targeted lists of prospects (gyms, wellness clinics, health coaches, corporates)
• Carry out outbound outreach through email, direct messaging, and LinkedIn
• Oversee and follow up with leads using a CRM system (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Schedule discovery calls and manage the founder's calendar
• Monitor outreach metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline activities
• Assist with basic content scheduling and engage with social media as needed
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales, lead generation, or virtual assistant role (experience in B2C or B2B wellness/health is an advantage)
• Proficient in written English — outreach copy must be clear and persuasive
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
• Self-directed, proactive, and focused on achieving targets
• Preference for experience with outreach in the AU or US markets
• A genuine passion for food, health, and wellness — you don't just sell the product, you truly believe in it
