• Reconnect with warm leads who have expressed interest but have not completed their journey.
• Conduct follow-up calls with webinar participants and other inactive contacts.
• Identify and reach out to new potential customers through targeted cold outreach efforts.
• Assess customer needs and evaluate the relevance of sales opportunities.
• Transfer qualified leads to our Sales Executives for further engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to assist the team in improving processes and communication.
• Enjoy engaging with others, particularly over the phone.
• Some background in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach is preferred.
• Possess a confident demeanor and a clear, organized communication style.
• Highly self-driven and enthusiastic about re-engaging and revitalizing leads.
• Proficient in German (C1/C2) and possess good English skills for internal collaboration.
