This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts within the UK/I markets.
• Implement outbound outreach initiatives via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to create qualified opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline that aligns with growth objectives.
• Engage in discovery conversations to grasp customer challenges and evaluate the suitability of our solutions.
• Tailor messaging and outreach strategies to suit different countries, industries, and buyer behaviors throughout the region.
• Experiment, refine, and enhance outbound sequences to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to facilitate seamless pipeline advancement.
• Recognize emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.
• Keep precise records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline through outbound initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging decision-makers effectively.
• Ability to manage high volumes of outreach while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in English (C2 or equivalent); additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous.
