This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
⢠Initiate contact with leads generated through marketing efforts, presenting Orgânica, conducting qualification, briefing, and setting appointments with the sales team;
⢠Perform diagnostics for potential leads and prospects;
⢠Represent Orgânica at trade shows and events, fulfilling the responsibilities associated with the role;
⢠Identify and pursue potential leads;
⢠Manage outbound lead communications;
⢠Present Orgânica in a compelling and relevant manner tailored to each lead's profile and specific needs;
⢠Qualify leads by understanding the company's profile and needs, and assess if Orgânica can meet those needs;
⢠Conduct follow-up communications;
⢠Arrange business meetings for sales personnel with qualified leads;
⢠Utilize CRM systems to maintain control and documentation of all sales activities, ensuring records are consistently up to date;
⢠Track and update metrics and performance indicators;
⢠Contribute to the design and enhancement of pre-sales processes by suggesting improvements and applying best practices in daily operations;
⢠Document new procedures and existing optimizations to achieve optimal results;
⢠Commit to ongoing development through study and practical application in everyday tasks.
⢠Proficient in customer service ā adept at communication and relationship-building, attentive listening and reading, clear expression, handling customer challenges sensitively, and demonstrating urgency;
⢠Excellent written communication and public speaking abilities;
⢠Computer literate;
⢠Familiar with Google Workspace applications (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.);
⢠At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, involved in B2B consultative sales processes related to marketing services;
⢠A minimum of 3 years of experience in other commercial roles or activities related to customer service and relationship management;
⢠Capable of conducting investigations and asking questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of issues, needs, and desires, using both open and closed questions;
⢠Knowledgeable about the SPIN Selling methodology;
⢠Familiar with sales techniques such as rapport building, probing, exploration, and objection handling;
⢠Active social media user;
⢠Experience with RD Station Marketing and CRM (preferably RD CRM, but also familiar with other CRMs like Pipedrive, Piperun, Salesforce, or any CRM that is not a simple Trello).
