This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels;
• Connect with cold leads and assist in lead qualification efforts aligned with the company's ideal customer profile;
• Aid in formulating initial outreach strategies to spark interest and arrange meetings for the sales team;
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, including contact details, interaction history, and opportunity status;
• Support prospecting routines, sales processes, and contact methodologies;
• Track outreach efforts and performance metrics such as contact volume and meetings arranged;
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance prospecting messages and strategies;
• Manage objections and high-volume outreach tasks with organization and resilience.
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, SDR support, inside sales, pre-sales, call center, or similar commercial roles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Detail-oriented and focused on achieving results;
• Capable of initiating conversations and engaging confidently with potential customers;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-up routines concurrently.
