This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactive prospecting through LinkedIn and email using a structured 12-touch approach
• Conduct thorough pre-outreach research on target accounts including industries, engineering firms, and SMEs
• Engage in personalized, account-based outreach rather than mass emailing
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the founder
• Perform daily updates in the CRM to reflect the status of each contact
• Manage follow-ups and control the outreach cadence for each account
• Exceptional written communication skills — must be clear, concise, and free of errors
• Highly organized and disciplined to uphold a daily prospecting routine
• Resilient attitude, as prospecting often entails facing a significant amount of rejection
• A genuine interest in technology and business (knowledge of AI is not mandatory)
• Prior experience in prospecting, inside sales, or B2B customer-facing roles is advantageous
