This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for BestLogic Staffing for prospects interested in our Professional Staffing Services.
• Utilize training to inform prospects about our services and identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather qualified job requirements and provide education on our service offerings.
• Actively pursue new client partnerships with targeted accounts.
• Foster client development and cultivate relationships through office visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Conduct research on organizations to discover opportunities and design campaigns for new business generation.
• Adhere to sales best practices to consistently engage with target prospects.
• Maintain accurate client records and respond to client inquiries regarding terms and services.
• Enhance existing client relationships as a primary point of contact.
• Track vendor agreements and complete invoicing documentation.
• Achieve or surpass weekly goal expectations.
• A degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with the sales process and its dynamics.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Proficient in using computers for various tasks.
• Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
