📋 Description

• Lead quality enhancement initiatives from start to finish by employing creative solutions and taking full responsibility for the testing lifecycle.

• Create and develop robust automation frameworks from the ground up.

• Evaluate agentic AI applications with an emphasis on workflow precision, tool utilization, and error management.

• Guide team members and promote best practices in quality engineering throughout the organization.

• Participate in comprehensive digital transformation projects for leading global companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in automation engineering with practical experience in framework design and development.

• Proficient in Playwright for user interface and end-to-end automation tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in testing APIs, integration processes, and CI/CD quality checkpoints.

• Experience in testing agentic AI applications, focusing on workflow precision, tool utilization, and failure management.

• Proficient programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages tailored for automation.

• Ownership mentality, innovative mindset, and the capability to drive quality improvements from start to finish.

• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and dedicated to agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering practices.

• Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt and workflow validation, as well as agent guardrail testing.

• Knowledge of performance, resiliency, and observability testing for AI systems.

• Familiarity with retrieval-based systems, tool-calling workflows, and non-deterministic testing approaches.

• Experience with service virtualization, test data management, and synthetic testing environments.

• Knowledge of cloud-native testing in distributed or event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructures or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
