📋 Description

• Join the Central Quality Engineering Function.

• Act as a representative for the Software Developers in Test (SDETs), collaborating closely with product teams to integrate quality into every stage of development—utilizing tooling, automation, infrastructure, reporting, and best practices.

• Contribute to a contemporary quality strategy designed for the needs of a fast-growing SaaS platform. Make an impact by enhancing the test pyramid, transitioning from exclusive UI-based validation to more foundational testing levels to boost reliability.

• Improve the stability and speed of our end-to-end tests by optimizing test data setup processes, ensuring test isolation, and enhancing execution reliability. Ensure quality is ingrained from development through deployment without compromising team velocity, while promoting actionable test failure signals to reduce feedback loops and bolster developer confidence. Advocate for tools and practices that minimize flaky tests and extraneous signals.

• Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the timely delivery of functionalities and enhancements as dictated by the team's roadmaps. Provide broad support across the testing team as needed to help reach project completion. Engage in all testing phases to positively affect lead time to value using agentic testing capabilities and AI Test Harnesses within the Quality Engineering domain.

• Contribute to key DORA metrics such as test coverage, defect trends, test effectiveness, execution health, flakiness, and regression rates. Utilize these insights to continually enhance quality practices and direct investments in automation and infrastructure.

• Embody our core values by fostering a culture of trust through a quality-first approach. Reflect the principle of Many Voices, One Team by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives to ensure Quality shapes design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident reviews. Demonstrate Innovation with Impact by sharing testing methodologies with developers and other SDETs, and by consistently adopting a growth mindset in your professional duties with an AI-first perspective.
