Scrum Master – Top Secret Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Assist the team in identifying, documenting, and eliminating blockers that could hinder sprint progress or delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with the product owner to aid in backlog refinement, clarify user stories, and ensure sprint readiness.

• Monitor sprint progress, team commitments, and delivery metrics utilizing Agile project management tools.

• Promote effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

• Aid in continuous improvement by guiding the team to apply lessons learned and enhance Agile practices over time.

• Lead and engage in industry-standard Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Work with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs.

• Assist in estimating and breaking down user stories into actionable tasks.

• Contribute to the creation of Minimum Viable Products and incremental feature releases.

• Coordinate with development teams to guarantee the timely delivery of product increments.

• Track and manage project progress using Agile project management tools.

• Identify and tackle project risks and impediments that may affect product development timelines.

• Continuously enhance Agile processes and practices based on insights from retrospectives and lessons learned.

• BA/BS degree with any Agile certification.

• DoD Top Secret clearance.
