Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensuring an effective production process (Scrum / Agile) within the project

• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for expanding collaboration

• Supporting the team and PO/client in prioritizing and clarifying tasks

• Monitoring work progress, identifying, and removing obstacles

• Conducting regular team meetings and reporting on progress

• Implementing best practices in Agile and continuously improving processes

• Promoting Agile/Scrum values and principles while shaping the team's proper work habits through coaching and facilitation

• Providing information on process status and process risks

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and proven skills in team management

• Advanced knowledge and skills in agile methodologies

• Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira)

• Ability to prepare simple reports and analyses for project needs

• Basic knowledge of IT project management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with clients (both internal and external)

• High business awareness (very good knowledge of the IT industry, its conditions, and their impact on the company)

• Very good command of English (minimum B2+)

• Preferred: PSM, Agile PM/Kanban, or related certifications
