Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and coaching of multiple cross-functional Scrum teams.

• Facilitation of all relevant Scrum events, from Sprint Planning to Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Promotion of self-organization, transparency, and continuous improvement within the teams.

• Support for team members in their development towards an agile working methodology.

• Identification and resolution of impediments at both team and organizational levels.

• Active participation in the agile transformation and enhancement of team performance.

• Close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication of progress and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.

• Solid knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and ideally SAFe or LeSS.

• Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical contexts.

• Recognized Scrum certification (e.g., CSM or PSM) as well as an additional qualification in Agile Coaching is advantageous.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

• Proficient in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
