This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, which include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Oversee multiple ongoing workstreams while ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule.

• Monitor Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and overall delivery progress.

• Manage backlogs, dependencies, and resolve blockers effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution.

• Create delivery reports and update stakeholders on project status.

• Assist with migration, modernization, and cloud transformation projects.

• Employ Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools for managing project delivery.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Extensive experience with Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Proficient in Agile Delivery Tracking, including Velocity and Burndown Reporting.

• Skilled in Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution.

• Experienced in Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

• Familiarity with supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives.

• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or an equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience in supporting large-scale application or database migration programs.

• Must be willing to support and collaborate with a government client.

• Must agree to undergo fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process.

• Must successfully complete a government background investigation (CJIS-type clearance).
