Scrum Master, ServiceNow Project Manager – Healthcare Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster effective collaboration within the team.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to establish project scope, priorities, and deliverables.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget limitations.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles while providing guidance to teams to boost their productivity and performance.

• Monitor project progress, metrics, and reports, delivering regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and performance.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions customized for healthcare settings.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and the adoption of agile best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders with the capability to obtain a Public Trust.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, specifically focusing on IT systems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing ServiceNow projects, ideally within the healthcare industry.

• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, along with agile frameworks.
