• The Scrum Master facilitates various Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Acts as a coach and mentor to development teams, assisting them in understanding and applying SAFe principles and practices.
• Promotes collaboration and effective communication within development teams, as well as between teams and stakeholders.
• Supports product owners in the creation and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Drives continuous improvement within the organization by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes.
• Assists Scrum teams in becoming self-organized and high-performing.
• Ensures that the organization adheres to the SAFe framework and its principles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or a commitment to obtain certification soon.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies.
• Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
• Over 5 years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams or managing projects at the enterprise level.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to think critically.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in quantitative aptitude and data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Resilient and able to adapt to challenges.
