Scrum Master – Senior

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Serve as an agile mentor and coach for the team.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Assist the Product Owner with backlog management and refinement processes.

• Track agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and lead time.

• Manage dependencies and mitigate risks effectively.

• Ensure that the product strategy aligns with technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

• Background in insurance-related projects.

• Practical knowledge of project metrics including velocity, burndown, and lead time.

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is required.

• Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in financial or insurance sectors.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel skills.
