Lean Agile Coach – Product and Engineering

📋 Description

• Drive Agile adoption and systemic transformation: Serve as the Agile Coach for approximately 14 teams, ensuring a consistent and practical implementation of Agile principles, establishing clear workflows, and adhering to established product lifecycle procedures — all while balancing team autonomy with comprehensive value delivery.

• Foster organizational flow: Develop and refine flight levels architecture to align strategy, portfolio priorities, and team execution; facilitate delivery planning, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-team efforts in a fully remote environment.

• Cultivate a robust culture of continuous improvement and collaboration: Eliminate silos, promote transparency, and assist teams in creating effective feedback loops, working agreements, and communication standards tailored for remote teamwork.

• Coach individuals, not solely processes: Offer team and one-on-one coaching to product managers, engineers, and leaders, fostering psychological safety, accountability, and positive team dynamics across a diverse, multicultural workforce.

• Demonstrated experience coaching multiple teams concurrently across various product or technology sectors.

• Strong consulting mindset, capable of identifying systemic obstacles and crafting pragmatic, context-aware solutions.

• Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities, with perfect proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Background in payments or financial services, or other regulated sectors.

• Experience as a professional trainer or consultant.
