Agile Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversees the delivery of multiple Agile projects while effectively eliminating obstacles using the suitable Agile project management methodologies.

• Collaborates with the product owner to define the product roadmap and translates it into user stories.

• Prioritizes user stories within the product backlog.

• Leads a multi-disciplinary team and conducts tests to ensure quality standards are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold IT-II security clearance or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

• Must be a Certified PMP, Scrum Master, or hold an equivalent certification.

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or an additional four years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of pertinent experience is required.

• Proven experience in delivering multiple Agile projects and resolving blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.

• Demonstrated experience in defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any product and translating this into user stories.

• Experience in prioritizing user stories within the product backlog.

• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.

• Experience in testing to ensure quality levels are met.
