Scrum Master – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implementation and facilitation of Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective events;

• Management of inter-team dependencies;

• Elimination of team obstacles;

• Facilitation of Discovery sessions and workshops;

• Visual management of boards in Jira;

• Leading initiatives for continuous improvement;

• Assisting the Product Owner in maintaining the product roadmap;

• Aiding in ongoing backlog elicitation and refinement;

• Providing insights and identifying opportunities for efficiency based on metrics;

• Mapping workflows;

• Managing quarterly initiatives in collaboration with leadership (Flight Levels), adhering to the Quarter Planning model;

• Conducting training sessions on Kanban;

• Leading training sessions on Jira;

• Configuring Jira for teams, creating FL1 boards (story level) and FL2 boards (epic level);

• Migrating and organizing team backlogs within Jira;

• Collaborating with Product Owners for backlog grooming;

• Setting up teams in Power BI;

• Developing dashboards with metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks;

• Analyzing metrics and sharing findings with teams;

• Structuring synchronization agendas with stakeholders;

• Implementing ongoing enhancements to Jira boards in response to workflow developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Artificial Intelligence;

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies;

• Proven experience in conducting agile rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective);

• Experience in managing dependencies and removing obstacles;

• Experience facilitating Discovery sessions;

• Familiarity with visual work management tools such as Jira;

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies;

• Experience supporting Product Owners with roadmap management, backlog handling, and refinement;

• Understanding of workflow mapping techniques;

• Knowledge and practical experience in Scrum, Kanban, PBB, BDD, story writing and slicing, backlog prioritization, OKRs, and Flight Levels;

• Familiarity with agile metrics, including Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, flow efficiency, and Aging;

• Experience with metric charts such as percentile histograms, percentile scatter plots, and CFD;

• Proficient with tools including Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, AI tools, Confluence, Miro, and Teams.
