Scrum Master – Health Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions

• Identify and eliminate obstacles to enhance team productivity

• Provide guidance to cross-functional delivery teams on Scrum methodologies

• Oversee the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders

• Track sprint progress and communicate relevant metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Knowledge of CMS programs (Medicare, Medicaid)

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
