This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• The Oracle Scrum Master possesses experience in implementing packaged software solutions for Oracle EBS, specifically in Financials and Maintenance/Supply Chain modules.

• Serves as a facilitator to enhance the productivity of a software development team utilizing Agile Methodology.

• Acts as a steward of the Agile process, ensuring that all scrum practices are followed appropriately.

• Safeguards the team by eliminating obstacles to successful implementation, keeping them focused on their objectives.

• Assists the Product Owner in maximizing team efficiency.

• Manages the backlog and release schedules, and generates reports to keep the Product Owner informed about the team's progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering Oracle packaged software solutions.

• More than 7 years of experience in Agile delivery in the role of Scrum Master.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Possession of Public Trust clearance.
