Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Understanding and gathering requirements (story mapping, user stories)

• Implementation of project strategies from inception to production deployment of a functionality

• Execution of end-to-end projects

• Development of projections/estimations

• Preparation of work plans and reports

• Coordination of teams

• Management of risks, dependencies, and obstacles

• Proficiency in agile frameworks (SCRUM)

• Execution and adjustment of events according to organizational needs

• Management of work: user stories, tasks, defects, and incidents

• Application of estimation techniques

• Monitoring of project progress metrics

• Application of methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and software implementation

• Budget management

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified knowledge and experience in Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Lean Kanban, Crystal, etc.)

• Advanced Portuguese proficiency

• Intermediate English / B2 level

• Preference given to professionals from engineering or systems backgrounds over other profiles (technical foundation)
