Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Evaluates, analyzes, and reviews user requirements to develop system solutions that align with overarching business strategies.

• Create User stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Oversee SAFe team ceremonies.

• Act as an intermediary between IT and business teams.

• Possess knowledge of working across various technology environments.

• Manage the backlog in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.

• Refresh KPIs as necessary based on team status.

• Assess existing processes and suggest enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• SAFe Agile certification is preferred, either SP or SM.
