This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
β’ Surpass the expectations of our government partners by fostering robust, trusting relationships and maintaining a high level of situational awareness at the agency level.
β’ Proactively identify risks and collaborate with the delivery team and program stakeholders to effectively address them (issues may include delivery, process, culture, expectation management, staffing, contract milestones, and finances).
β’ Continuously engage with our clients to ensure their needs are satisfied or exceeded, grasp their vision, collaboratively tackle challenges, and communicate our progress transparently.
β’ Stay informed about the broader project landscape and potential new opportunities and risks, while expanding your portfolio in alignment with surge contract line item numbers (CLINs), option years, and negotiations with prime contractors.
β’ Work collaboratively across projects and the organization to proactively foresee and resolve issues related to delivery.
β’ Contribute to the development of delivery environments rooted in mutual trust between government partners and our team.
β’ Scale initiatives through a team of project managers and other functional delivery leaders.
β’ Oversee all contracts and finances within your portfolio in coordination with the finance team, and manage necessary contract modifications.
β’ Establish and maintain standards for delivery excellence and client service.
β’ Implement Nava's policies and guidance at the program level (e.g., utilization guidance).
β’ Engage in the development and execution of company objectives and key results.
β’ Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading ceremonies.
β’ Experience in Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
β’ Familiarity with working for or with government agencies.
β’ Experience in scaling agile development teams and managing projects with significant complexities.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead projects involving significant complexity, including managing milestones, dependencies, and integrations with considerable risks, uncertainties, or scale.
β’ Proficient in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, along with familiarity with agile development practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery.
β’ You are an empathetic communicator and relationship builder, adopting a service-oriented mindset to support the program team and our clients.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle multi-dimensional challenges involving various organizations, processes, cultures, and technologies.
β’ Highly organized with a strong commitment to building and nurturing a sustainable, culture-conscious business.
β’ A strategic mindset for delivery planning and contract management in the medium and long term.
