📋 Description

• Assist three teams in enhancing team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and improving delivery efficiency.

• Maintain a positive, steady, and confident demeanor in challenging situations.

• Guide teams through conflict, resistance, and change while offering clear, direct, and respectful feedback.

• Proactively enhance team collaboration and ensure consistent progress in delivery.

• Utilize tools and AI to advance the execution of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in enhancing team dynamics, particularly in low-accountability or high-friction settings.

• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Capability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and methodologies.

• Experience in supporting multiple teams or navigating complex team environments.

• Proven ability and interest in leveraging AI to improve thinking, coaching, or team effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
