Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Scrum Master utilizing agile methodologies in collaboration with departments that can gain from this position.

• Take the initiative to analyze and suggest enhancements to task management processes and practices.

• Review the appropriate use of our task management systems (Jira), identifying and rectifying any discrepancies from established best practices.

• Maintain a robust understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.

• Scrum Master certification is preferred.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within agile environments.

• Experience in implementing agile methodologies across various business sectors.

• Background in the continuous enhancement of processes and task management.

• Strong expertise in: Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Lean.

• Proficient in agile management tools, particularly Jira (including configuration, usage, and best practices auditing).

• Proactive in recognizing challenges and suggesting process enhancements.

• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Analytical and results-driven approach.

• Ability to influence and foster an agile culture.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is advantageous.

• Experience with large-scale agile transformation is beneficial.

• Practical knowledge of agile governance is a plus.
