Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal performance of teams responsible for advancing the organization’s data integrations, ensuring predictability, quality of delivery, adherence to agile methodologies, and ongoing alignment with the business's strategic goals.

• Facilitate the implementation of the Scrum framework and other agile methodologies with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a liaison among technical teams, business units, architecture, operations, and vendors.

• Eliminate obstacles that may hinder team productivity and delivery.

• Lead agile ceremonies, such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

• Assist Product Owners and technical leads in managing and prioritizing tasks.

• Track performance, productivity, and delivery predictability metrics.

• Advocate for continuous process improvement, nurturing a collaborative and results-driven culture.

• Ensure transparency of project progress through executive reports and monitoring of agile metrics.

• Aid in the management of risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to the project.

• Contribute to program governance, ensuring that deliveries align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in medium to large-scale technology projects.

• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile).

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in corporate settings.

• Background in software development projects, system integration, APIs, and data platforms.

• Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Capability to conduct executive meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Scrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) are advantageous.

• Experience with enterprise integration projects, APIs, Data Lake, Data Hub, or data platforms is beneficial.

• Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Continuous Delivery practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) is a plus.

• Experience in strategic digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
