📋 Description

• Profound mastery of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective), with the ability to facilitate them effectively and engagingly, ensuring active participation from all team members.

• Skill in identifying, analyzing, and eliminating obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, actively seeking creative and collaborative solutions.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing agile practices, such as incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, aimed at optimizing the development process and delivering value to the customer.

• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Talent for inspiring and motivating teams, creating a positive and challenging work atmosphere where members feel engaged and committed to project objectives.

• Focus on delivering customer value incrementally and continuously, prioritizing features that yield the greatest impact and business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, comprehending their principles, practices, and applicability in various contexts.

• Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira and Trello, for planning, monitoring, and controlling team activities.

• Proficiency in the Azure DevOps platform, including its features for project management, code versioning, build and release, and testing.

• Possession of one of the following certifications: Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, ASM.

• Experience in the financial sector.

• Background in leadership roles managing development teams in acquiring companies.
