Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee scrum ceremonies and coordinate software development teams.

• Facilitate team meetings and eliminate obstacles.

• Guide and mentor the team towards self-organization utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Support the team in making informed decisions.

• Promote collaboration across functional areas.

• Drive continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Manage Azure DevOps boards to enhance team productivity.

• Work closely with stakeholders to establish project objectives and scope.

• Serve as a connector between the technical delivery team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle models.

• In-depth knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices.

• Previous experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Agile certifications are advantageous: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe.

• Experience managing multi-functional project teams of at least 10-15 members.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus.

• Ability to work remotely with a home setup suitable for remote work.
