This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are efficient, time-constrained, and align with the team's objectives.

• Serve as the main point of contact between the agile team and application stakeholders.

• Mentor the team on agile methodologies and practices, fostering transparency regarding progress and obstacles.

• Proactively recognize and highlight risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline collaboration and ongoing teamwork.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of team artifacts, including Jira boards, dashboards, and sprint reports.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with substantial, demonstrated experience in agile settings.

• Strong comprehension of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating technical projects, particularly migrations from data centers to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Proficient in using Jira for backlog management, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting.

• At least one foundational cloud certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, exhibiting a collaborative and supportive attitude.
