Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead Agile ceremonies and advocate for the implementation of Scrum best practices.

• Assist in the planning, tracking, and coordination of the team's deliverables.

• Eliminate obstacles and help ensure the team maintains an effective workflow.

• Facilitate communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, and other involved parties.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Aid in managing priorities and ensuring alignment across various work streams.

• Foster transparency, teamwork, and ongoing improvement within the team.

• Contribute to the organization and governance of current initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Experience in coordinating programs, projects, or multiple initiatives.

• Proficient in stakeholder management.

• Ability to recognize and address risks effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced or fluent English for daily interactions.
