Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Exhibit strong customer interaction abilities, demonstrating proficiency in collaborating with senior-level stakeholders across various tasks.

• Take a proactive approach with a proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent tasks in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

• Oversee project teams to establish delivery timelines, ensure compliance with program/project delivery goals, curate program and project plans, generate status reports, facilitate program planning and status update meetings, and offer administrative and programmatic assistance as necessary.

• Design and implement efficient, responsive processes to enhance program planning and resource management within the Jira application, following Lean Agile principles.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor team capacity and assist with swift resource reallocation during peak events.

• Coordinate interdependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams.

• Assist in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization with government requirements.

• Help maintain team focus while addressing rapid-response demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent Agile certification.

• Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams within a delivery environment.
