Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Exhibit exceptional customer interaction abilities, including the capacity to engage with various senior-level stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

• Take a proactive approach with a proven track record of managing several concurrent tasks in a dynamic, high-visibility setting.

• Oversee project teams to establish delivery timelines, ensure compliance with program/project delivery objectives, curate program and project plans, produce status reports, facilitate program planning and status update meetings, and offer administrative and programmatic assistance as needed.

• Design and execute lean, agile processes to enhance program planning and resource management within the Jira platform, adhering to Lean Agile methodologies.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor team capacity and assist with quick reallocations during peak events.

• Coordinate dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change management workstreams.

• Assist with PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization with government requirements.

• Help maintain team focus while addressing rapid-response demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent Agile certification.

• Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams within a delivery environment.

• Familiarity with SAFe, Lean Portfolio, or Agile methodologies (SSM or equivalent).

• Previous experience in VA or healthcare IT programs, especially with Feder EHR or Oracle/Cerner.
