This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Conducting technical sales discussions that delve into binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design, extending beyond mere pricing conversations.
β’ Assisting new clients with the onboarding process and guiding them in designing their initial experiments on the platform.
β’ Overseeing existing accounts, identifying potential issues promptly, and proactively recommending next steps based on their outcomes.
β’ Collaborating with the biology team to resolve issues when a customer's experiment does not proceed as anticipated.
β’ Recognizing opportunities for growth within current accounts.
β’ A scientific foundation in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in a customer-facing technical position such as field application scientist, technical sales, scientific account management, or a similar role.
β’ A commercial mindset.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
β’ A proactive self-starter capable of managing their own pipeline and priorities independently.
β’ A genuine passion for AI-driven protein design and the organizations involved in this area.
