This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate, qualify, and finalize sales opportunities.
• Engage with product management, R&D, applications, marketing, and field sales from 10x Genomics and distributors to create and share content, strategies, partnerships, and market entry activities.
• Keep accurate records and provide pertinent information to assist in business forecasting as necessary.
• Collect, analyze, and share competitive intelligence and market insights with both field sales and internal product management teams.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc business/activity reports as required.
• Organize and/or conduct technical and promotional seminars, trade shows, vendor exhibitions, and other related activities as needed.
• Meet assigned sales targets for the territory through outreach to existing and potential new customers via field visits, email, phone calls, video conferences, etc.
• Collaborate with the sales team to devise specific account growth, penetration, and support strategies.
• Offer mentorship, training, and education to colleagues, distributors, and/or customers when applicable.
• Engage in various global and regional Science & Technology Advisor team initiatives as required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to both small and large groups.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Background in NGS, immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, oncology, and neuroscience through previous work experience and education.
• Capability to effectively network both internally and externally.
• Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours a day, and travel to meet clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time based on territory.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
