This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist district and charter schools in utilizing Timely to develop their master schedules.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for both new and returning school schedulers.
• Deliver comprehensive support to complete schedules, addressing complex constraints and specific school requirements.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor success metrics for each school to enhance satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Act as a strategic thought partner on school scheduling priorities.
• Resolve intricate technical issues as Timely’s external representative in collaboration with product and engineering support.
• Oversee district and charter network accounts throughout the Timely customer experience.
• Set partnership objectives, implementation schedules, and training strategies with district teams.
• Provide resources and frameworks for district leaders to manage scheduling timelines and track school progress.
• Assist with data integration by working alongside district IT and Timely’s data integration team.
• Take ownership of certain aspects of the data transfer process, including organizing data files for upload into the Timely application.
• Communicate and coordinate across functions with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Relay customer feedback and implementation insights to enhance sales, product offerings, and the overall solution.
• Contribute to off-season sales initiatives through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and addressing inquiries from prospective partners.
• Support team success in any capacity necessary.
• Significant experience in developing schedules for middle and/or high schools.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in constructing and managing a middle and/or high school schedule.
• At least 5 years of experience within a school environment.
• A proactive attitude to work in a dynamic and resourceful setting.
• Experience in customer success or a related field is advantageous.
• Background in creating systems and processes is a plus.
• Proven track record of providing consistent support to individuals and teams to help them meet their objectives is beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial context is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, strategic, efficient, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or indicate if sponsorship is needed.
