School Partnerships Specialist – Contractor – Field-Based

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Organize and conduct one-on-one meetings with school leaders through outreach via email, phone calls, referrals, and personal connections.

β€’ Provide guidance to principals, assistant principals, and teachers on utilizing ClassDojo to enhance their objectives regarding parent communication, community engagement, and a positive classroom environment.

β€’ Deliver presentations aimed at teachers to introduce ClassDojo and encourage teacher registrations.

β€’ Participate in principal association meetings, regional educational events, resource fairs, and back-to-school gatherings.

β€’ Monitor and report key activity metrics such as scheduled visits, completed visits, teacher registrations, and engagements secured with school leaders.

β€’ Work alongside ClassDojo's mentor community to leverage connections and expedite relationship-building in your designated market.

β€’ Act as a trusted local representative for ClassDojo.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Previous experience as a school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or educational leader with strong, active connections in one of the priority markets (Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY), and New York City (NY)).

β€’ A sincere commitment to family engagement and enhancing school culture β€” you have witnessed how linking families to school activities positively impacts student outcomes.

β€’ A robust personal network among school leaders and district administrators in your region β€” relationships that enable you to easily secure meetings.

β€’ Excellent presentation abilities with a history of leading professional development sessions, faculty meetings, or school-wide presentations.

β€’ A self-motivated individual capable of independently managing outreach, scheduling, and logistical arrangements with minimal supervision.

β€’ Comfort with a performance-driven compensation model linked to measurable results.

β€’ Access to reliable transportation and readiness to travel locally to school sites at least 3 days per week.

β€’ Understanding of the K-8 educational landscape, including current challenges faced by school leaders and teachers.
