This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Handle incoming Back-Up Care (BUC) reservations through the Bright Horizons (BH) online portal.
• Liaise with caregivers to confirm assignments, particularly for urgent and emergency shifts.
• Oversee call-outs for BUC, On-Call Sitters, and Nanny Placements, ensuring swift coverage.
• Keep active management of all open orders using the Jovie Scheduling Dashboard and mobile app.
• Collaborate with BH and families concerning cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute modifications.
• Audit and update scheduling records on both the BH portal and MyJovie platform for compliance and precision.
• Timely and professionally monitor and respond to emails from BH, families, and internal staff.
• Utilize communication tools to ensure clarity and responsiveness.
• Offer entry-level administrative and digital operations support when the scheduling workload allows.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining internal tools such as Google Drive, Monday.com, and others.
• Contribute to B2B outreach initiatives and recruitment efforts.
• Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or client services is preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), email tools, and web-based platforms.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across both written and verbal channels.
• Detail-oriented with timelines and task execution.
• Capable of managing time-sensitive, high-stakes scheduling challenges with assurance.
• Proactive in taking initiative and resolving issues without waiting for direction.
• Aims to enhance processes and contribute to a growing, dynamic team.
• Familiarity with the childcare sector or similar service industries is an advantage.
