Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee caregiver scheduling

• Fill vacant shifts

• Manage call-offs and arrange coverage

• Liaise with clients and caregivers

• Handle phone calls, text messages, and emails

• Update scheduling details

• Assist with daily operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English

• Excellent communication abilities

• Experience in customer service

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Capacity to multitask

• Dependable internet connection and computer

• Availability for evening shifts

• Prior scheduling experience is preferred

• U.S. customer service experience is a plus

• Experience in Healthcare/Home Care is preferred

• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software is preferred

• Experience with WellSky is an advantage
