This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a sizable portfolio: This role involves a blend of proactive engagement and responsive interactions.
• Analyze partner performance metrics to determine optimal times for proactive nurturing, retention, and expansion of a portfolio comprising 400-500 HubSpot Partners through both individualized and group strategies.
• Empower and cultivate partners: Mentor partners in a group setting (e.g., Small Group Consulting) on market-entry strategies that enhance their service offerings and facilitate tier advancement (Gold and above).
• Serve as a bridge between partners and ecosystem resources, linking them to opportunities that foster business growth and deepen their partnership with HubSpot.
• Propel partner sales: Assist in managing the active sales pipeline and support partners in influencing deals while increasing HubSpot adoption.
• Collaborate across departments: Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner contributions align with HubSpot’s overarching objectives.
• Build for scalability: Create and refine scalable playbooks, workflows, and engagement strategies that enhance partner activation and growth efficiency.
• Advocate for inclusion: Incorporate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) principles into all facets of partner development and engagement.
• Possesses 2+ years of experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in SaaS, partner management, or sales.
• Experience in managing extensive portfolios while balancing volume and impact.
• Strategic and data-oriented, capable of transforming insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to work independently.
• Exhibits outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Holds an entrepreneurial mindset and is enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a new, scalable approach for partner growth.
• Embodies HubSpot’s “Grow Better” philosophy, with a focus on facilitating success and learning for others.
• The cash compensation listed below includes base salary, target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for qualifying positions.
• Additionally, some roles may qualify for participation in HubSpot’s equity plan, which offers restricted stock units (RSUs).
• Certain positions may also be eligible for overtime compensation.
• Individual compensation packages are customized based on your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
