📋 Description

• Lead or assist in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and documenting technical specifications.

• Conduct unit and integration testing.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployment activities.

• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal teams to integrate security best practices, compliance requirements, and audit readiness throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Offer hypercare support post-go-live, addressing issues, optimizing performance, and transferring knowledge.

• Collaborate across Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture, business analysis, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.

• Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt EIC solutions customized to meet specific identity governance and compliance needs of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions.

• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platform in enterprise settings.

• Proficiency in onboarding applications using Saviynt's pre-built connectors, including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle DB.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, SCIM, and JIT provisioning for real-time identity orchestration.

• Practical experience in scripting with Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL within the Saviynt environment.

• Understanding of Saviynt's Risk-Based Access, Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies, and Compliance Campaigns.

• Knowledge of Saviynt's Delegation Framework, Workflow Engine, and Custom Attributes Mapping.

• Experience in integrating Saviynt with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Saviynt Certified Professional (SCP) or Saviynt Certified Advanced Professional (SCAP) certification is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IAM and provisioning challenges.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to mentor junior team members and independently lead small workstreams.
