SAT/ACT Training Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement extensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for both aspiring and seasoned SAT and ACT tutors.

• Teach educators about proprietary TPAPT test preparation methods, content analysis, and diagnostic assessment techniques.

• Observe practice tutoring sessions and offer constructive feedback.

• Monitor the professional development of new cohort members.

• Work alongside academic leaders to enhance instructional materials in line with current exam trends.

• Guarantee that all trained tutors uphold high standards for student score enhancements and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor.

• Proven history of significant student score improvements.

• Previous experience in conducting educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in online presentation and virtual facilitation.

• Proficiency in Zoom and Google Classroom.

• Must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States.
