
SASE Sales Director – Telco Service Providers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Develop and manage a dedicated security sales organization within the Telco Service Provider (SP) segments.
• Take ownership of the strategy, team development, channel initiatives, and revenue generation for security products such as SASE, SRX, SD-Branch, NAC variants, ClearPass, SSR, and others.
• Recruit and lead a team of 6–8 sales specialists, primarily in North America with some presence in Europe, by the end of the year.
• Manage P&L and revenue objectives for Telco SP security bookings through channel partners.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for security solutions targeting cloud providers, service providers, and high-tech enterprises.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners while enhancing enablement across the product portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with core sales teams, product management, and marketing to align sales initiatives and boost the sales pipeline.
• Established senior sales leader (preferably a manager of managers) with a track record of building and expanding field sales teams from the ground up.
• Extensive channel knowledge—experience in partner-based selling is crucial.
• Proven success in selling to service providers, cloud providers, or large enterprise/high-tech accounts.
• Solid background in selling security products and managing software/enterprise license agreements.
• Strategic thinker with practical sales experience and the ability to function in a hybrid direct/collaborative sales model.
• Existing connections within the security ecosystem (partners and customers) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with SASE, NAC, SRX, SD-Branch, or similar networking/security portfolios is beneficial but not mandatory.
