SAP Vistex Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the hands-on configuration of Vistex Incentive & Payables modules, which encompass Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.

• Develop IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.

• Supervise the integration process between Vistex and SAP SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.

• Guide onshore and offshore functional analysts, developers, and system integrators through complete lifecycle deployments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders to collect and document functional specifications.

• Lead integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and production cutover tasks.

• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom Vistex developments, interfaces, and standard logic failures.

• Ensure that system integrity complies with internal audit, SOX regulations, and month-end close reporting requirements.

• Drive comprehensive SAP Vistex implementations, enhancements, and operational management.

• Convert business strategies for pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates into a scalable SAP technical architecture.

• Oversee project deliverables, cross-functional integrations, and team workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.

• Extensive knowledge in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).

• Strong familiarity with Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.

• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.

• Experience in managing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.

• ABAP debugging skills are preferred.

• Domain expertise in high-volume rebate/chargeback industries is preferred.

• SAP Vistex certification is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.
