SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant – PL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.

• Set up calculation rules, compensation structures, benefits, and payroll taxes/statutory contributions.

• Conduct functional analyses and suggest improvements to payroll operations.

• Collaborate on integrations with Employee Central, Time Tracking, and external systems.

• Take part in testing, user acceptance (UAT), and post-implementation support activities.

• Ensure adherence to legal and tax regulations concerning payroll processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.

• Proven experience in implementation and support projects.

• Understanding of payroll processes and labor/employment laws.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.

• Experience in global project environments.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM or Employee Central Payroll.

• Knowledge of SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
